These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online training products offered by GRX PM Consultancy LLC, a company registered in Qatar ("Company", "we", "us"). By purchasing or accessing any product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Access
We offer four access tiers for the Industrial Project Management (IPM) online course:
- Starter (Slides, 1 month): Access to all 5 PowerPoint modules for 30 days from purchase date.
- Slides Premium (Slides, Unlimited): Permanent access to all 5 PowerPoint modules.
- Video Access (Video + Slides, 1 month): Access to all 5 narrated video modules and PowerPoint files for 30 days.
- Full Course (Video + Slides, Unlimited): Permanent access to all 5 narrated video modules and PowerPoint files.
Access is granted to one individual per licence. Sharing credentials or access links with third parties is strictly prohibited.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Paddle (our authorised payment processor). Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.
3. Intellectual Property
All course materials — including slides, videos, scripts, frameworks, and supporting documents — are the exclusive intellectual property of GRX PM Consultancy LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display any part of the course materials without prior written consent.
Personal use for professional development is permitted. Use in corporate training delivery requires a separate corporate licence agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, transfer, or resell your access credentials or course materials
- Record, screenshot, or redistribute video content
- Use the materials for commercial training delivery without authorisation
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or technical restrictions
5. Disclaimers
The course is provided for educational purposes based on the instructor's professional experience. It does not constitute professional engineering, legal, or financial advice. The Company makes no guarantee of specific outcomes from completing the course.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRX PM Consultancy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the course materials.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
